Poly-line crate or shrink-wrap freight on the deck of the crate
Load crate, then block and brace to eliminate load shifting and movement
Assemble walls and lids
Strap the outside of the crate with steel or nylon banding
Mark export markings such as weights & dims
Provide custom stencils, including basic company logo, Consignee & Consignor addresses
Poly Wrap
Construct custom wood framing around the base of the freight
Cover sharp corners and edges
Drape 7 mm poly, then heat shrink
